Returns and Refund Policy

*We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or make a wrong selection* 

• We do not accept returns due to change of mind

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• Has a problem or fault that would of stopped someone from purchasing the item if they had known about it.
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Doesn't do what it is suppose to do
• The customer is to contact us within 24Hrs of receiving the faulty item. A refund or replacement due to faulty item will not be given until the Hummingbird Studio receives the item that has been returned at buyers expense
